All training is preceded by a needs consultation so that we can understand your situation and ensure that the training we develop is tailored to the specific circumstances you are encountering.
It may be that we identify a need to provide a one or two day training event to your whole team (such as on core ideas from systemic practice, or risk and protective factors for social, emotional and psychological resilience). Or it may be that we agree a longer term piece of consultancy work – where we meet with people to discuss complex cases or problems – may be more relevant to your circumstances. Our initial consultation meeting will allow us to understand the nature of the problem and to develop a response that is a good fit with your area of need.
