Systemisk offers a range of services - providing pragmatic options, tailored to your individual needs.
At Systemisk, we appreciate that many factors can impact a person’s ability to access therapy. We always begin with a free, no obligation, consultation to discuss your needs. From the very start, this process is collaborative, with regular reviews to ensure our work together is still meeting the agreed goals, or realigning if these goals evolve over time.
Our process is about choice and flexibility. You will never be asked to commit in advance to a particular number of sessions, or even be expected to know exactly what you hope to achieve. We will always try to find the most pragmatic way to work with you, giving you as much support as we can, whilst respecting your individual situation - taking into account factors like time, availability and budget.
Our psychologists also offer flexibility in how your therapy is conducted. All psychological support sessions can be offered in person, online, or as a hybrid model. All our therapeutic spaces have been carefully selected to be warm and welcoming, and in addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, we also offer an alternative provision of animal assisted therapy, or access to private outdoor space in nature. During our initial consultation we can discuss which options are right for you.
If you are seeking psychological support via health insurance, Systemisk partners with numerous insurance companies and is an approved provider for organisations such as Bupa, Aviva, Axa and Vitality. We are also Approved Providers for Adoption & Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF) therapeutic provider pathways.
Individual services
Systemisk was founded around a systemic approach to mental health – acknowledging that we do not exist in isolation, and it is necessary to understand context, and the systems a person operates within, to fully support them. In addition to individual therapy sessions, if you would consider it to be helpful, our Systemisk psychologists can work with those around you, such as colleagues, family members or schools, to help you accomplish your desired outcomes.
Systemisk psychologists have a wealth of experience of working with adults, children and young people. Our expertise is working with high complexity, understanding the need to offer support that is clear and accessible.
Our pricing structure is provided below. Children’s lives are more heavily influenced and directed by the systems around them, so our therapeutic provision reflects the necessity to equally support caregivers, family, schools and the environment around the child. This is essential in ensuring long-lasting therapeutic gains, and why our session fee for children is set at a higher rate.
All psychological support sessions can be offered in person, online, or as a hybrid model

One on one session (adhering to all relevant safeguarding) with the focus and format agreed in your initial consultation | £120 per hour |
Young Person systemic session (ages 12-18) | A primarily one on one session, but incorporating wider family and systemic elements. Child session (up to age 12) |
Whilst some of our time may be spent in one on one conversations, the standard children’s session fee is inclusive of elements of family therapy, since adequately supporting a child will invariably require inclusion of caregivers, at the very least. Child systemic session (up to age 12) |
In addition to working with the child and their immediate family, it may be that you require a wider systemic approach.
